Hausman’s Advance Plate Pro Extreme Cutting Table, with Koike Aronson Edge Pro controller and Hypertherm 260 XD plasma and oxyfuel cutting torch. By combining fast cutting speeds, rapid process cycling, quick changeovers, and high reliability to maximize productivity, this new cutting machine has changed the way we serve our customers.
Our fabrication shop has an Advanced CNC Plasma Cutting System with Koike Edge Pro Software that pierces and cuts materials up to two inches thick. Lighter gauges are cut lightning quick on our standard plasma table, while thicker materials are cut with high-definition plasma with a phenomenal edge. We also offer torch cutting up to four heads for repeatability and high production with a maximum thickness of six inches.
